- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 금과 은을 혼합한 모합금을 어닐링과 고온압연을 번갈아가며 복수회 반복 시행한 후 은을 제거하여, 나노크기의 기공들을 가지면서 입계들이 복수의 층을 이루는 계층 구조의 다공성 금을 제조함으로써, 크랙을 지연시켜 크랙에 대한 파괴 인성이 향상될 수 있다. 본 발명은, 어닐링과 고온압연을 번갈아가면 복수회 반복 시행함으로써, 모합금의 재결정화를 방지하면서 계층 구조를 효과적으로 형성할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
