- Abstract
- 보호된 2차 아민기를 갖는 아미노글리시딜에테르계 모노머에 폴리올 개시제를 가하여 단일 중합 반응시킨 후 탈보호시켜 제조되는 고차분지형 폴리아미노글리세롤은, 폴리글리세롤 골격을 가짐으로써 생체적합성이 우수하고 아민 관능기를 가짐으로써 다양한 생물학적 분자와의 접합이 가능하며, 특히 상기 아민 관능기가 고차분지형 폴리글리세롤 골격의 내부에 은폐되어 높은 생체적합성을 유지할 수 있다.
