본 발명은 붕소산 가교제; 및 2 이상의 구아검 분자들을 포함하되, 상기 붕소산 가교제는, 상기 2 이상의 구아검 분자들 각각에 존재하는 수산화기와 화학결합이 가능하고, 상기 2 이상의 구아검 분자들은 상기 붕소산 가교제에 의해 서로 가교되어 네트워크 구조를 형성한 전극용 바인더, 이를 포함하는 애노드 및 상기 애노드를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 전극용 바인더는 실리콘계 애노드의 내구성을 향상시키는 역할을 하고, 본 발명에 따른 전극용 바인더가 적용된 애노드를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지의 초기 충방전 성능과 수명특성이 개선된다.
