- Abstract
- 본 발명은 페로브스카이트층 상에 아민계 부동태화제를 포함하는 페로브스카이트형 발광다이오드에 관한 것으로, 아민계 부동태화제인 에틸렌디아민(EDA)은 페로브스카이트의 표면 및 결정 내부까지 깊게 침투하여 페로브스카이트의 결함 부위를 효과적으로 부동태화시킴으로써, 페로브스카이트의 장치 안정성을 개선하고, 광 발광(PL)의 점멸 현상을 완전히 억제하였으며, 향상된 광 발광 효율을 나타내는 것이 확인됨에 따라, 상기 아민계 부동태화제 처리에 의해 부동태화된 페로브스카이트는 우수한 발광 소자로 사용될 수 있다.
