- Abstract
- 본 발명은 마이크로-수퍼커패시터 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 마이크로-수퍼커패시터는 10 μA/㎠의 전류 밀도에서 10 내지 50 mF/㎠의 높은 표면적당 정전용량(areal capacitance), 및 10,000 회 충방전시 초기 정전용량의 80 % 이상의 정전용량을 가져 높은 정전용량 유지능(capacitance retention)을 갖는다. 또한, 상기 마이크로-수퍼커패시터를 포함하는 웨어러블 디바이스는 안정적인 전기화학적 성능을 갖는다. 나아가, 본 발명의 제조방법은 플로터 커팅 기술(xunography)을 이용하여 빠르고 간단하게 마이크로-수퍼커패시터를 제조할 수 있다.
