- Abstract
- 자성 면역 입자 및 이의 용도와 관련된 것으로, 구체적으로는 면역세포 유래의 세포막 및 상기 세포막에 부착된 자성 입자를 포함하는 자성 면역 입자, 및 상기 자성 면역 입자를 사용한 병원성 물질의 검출 또는 감염성 질병의 진단 방법에 관한 것이다. 일 양상에 따른 자성 면역 입자는, 면역세포 유래의 세포막을 포함하므로 생체 (인체) 내 부작용이 최소화 될 수 있고, 면역세포의 특성에 의해 다양한 종류의 병원성 물질을 검출할 수 있다. 또한 자성 입자를 포함하므로 자기장을 인가함으로써 자성 면역 입자를 간단하게 분리해낼 수 있다.
