- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 전극이 구비된 스마트 몰드를 통해 섬유강화복합재를 제조함으로써, 전도성 섬유를 미리 설정된 방향으로 정렬시킨 후 수지를 주입시, 전극을 통해 전기저항 변화를 측정함으로써 전도성 섬유의 정렬 방향의 변화를 모니터링할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 몰드에 전극을 구비함으로써, 하나의 몰드를 이용하여 섬유강화복합재의 제조시마다 모니터링이 가능하기 때문에, 섬유강화복합재에 전극을 구비하는 경우에 비해 비용이 절감될 수 있는 이점이 있다.
