- Abstract
- 본 발명은 다수 개의 돌기를 포함하는 연꽃 잎 표면 형상의 3D 나노 네트워크 구조를 갖는 투명 전극용 플랙시블 초소수성 나노 그래핀으로서, 상기 돌기는 1 내지 5 ㎛의 높이 및 10 내지 50 ㎛의 폭을 갖고, 접촉각이 150˚ 내지 170˚인 초소수성 나노 그래핀에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 초소수성 나노 그래핀은 투명성을 가지면서도, 적당한 표면 조도와 함께 낮은 표면에너지를 가져 높은 수접촉각을 가지므로, 투명 전극용 플랙시블 소자로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
