- 내부가 삼차원적으로 구조화되어 다수의 메조기공을 갖는 니켈층이 니켈 필름 상에 직접 형성된 전극은, 다수의 활성 사이트 뿐만 아니라 빠른 전하 전달 경로를 가짐으로써 높은 전기화학적 특성을 가질 수 있다. 또한, 상기 전극은 수열 반응과 가열 환원 등의 간단한 방법에 의해 제조 가능하고, 박막으로 형성될 수 있어서 높은 유연성을 가지므로, 슈퍼캐패시터의 전극으로 활용될 수 있다.
