- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 단순화된 제조 공정에 의하여 제조되고, 위조가 어려운 미세 패턴으로 구성되고, 간단한 방법에 의하여 위조 식별이 용이한 전기수력학적현상을 이용하여 형성한 위조식별 구조체의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 위조식별 구조체의 제조 방법은, 금속판을 전기수력학적현상을 이용한 프린팅 장치의 노즐의 하측에 위치시키는 단계; 노즐에 공압 부재를 이용하여 공기압을 제공하는 단계; 노즐에 전기수력학적현상이 발생되도록, 전원으로부터 전압을 상기 노즐에 인가하는 단계; 및 노즐로부터 전기수력학적현상을 이용하여, 그래핀 잉크 입자 및 그래핀 잉크 입자가 분산된 용매를 포함하는 그래핀 함유 잉크를 토출시켜 금속판 상에 그래핀을 포함하는 위조식별패턴을 프린팅하는 단계;를 포함한다.
