Abstract
저전력 주파수 추적 루프를 사용한 인젝션 락킹 기반의 주파수 체배기가 개시된다. 보다 구체적으로는 주파수 추적 루프가 위상의 순간적인 값이 아닌 위상 변이의 평균값을 감시함으로써 저전력으로 주파수 추적 루프가 작동할 수 있다. 따라서 어떠한 환경 변화에도 효율적으로 위상 잡음의 저하를 조정할 수 있다.
