본 발명은 페로브스카이트 박막의 인장시편을 제조하는 단계, 관통홀 또는 비접촉홈이 형성된 기판의 상면으로 시편소재를 전사하는 단계, 시편소재와 기판이 서로 비접촉되는 관통홀 또는 비접촉홈이 형성된 부분의 시편소재에 절개부를 제외한 나머지 시편형상을 패터닝하는 단계 및 절개부를 절개하여 시편을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 박막형 시편 제조방법을 제공한다.
상기한 바에 따르면, 관통홀 또는 비접촉홈이 형성된 기판에 박막형태의 시편소재를 전사한 후 패터닝하여 기판과 시편소재가 서로 비접촉되는 관통홀 또는 비접촉홈이 형성된 부분을 이용하여 시편을 분리하기 때문에 제조가 용이하다.
