- Abstract
- 본 발명에 따른 페로브스카이트 태양전지는 페로브스카이트 구조의 유기금속 할로겐화물인 페로브스카이트 화합물 그레인(grain) 및 그레인 바운더리(grain boundary)에 위치하며 그레인을 감싸는 알킬암모늄금속할라이드를 포함하며, Cu Kα선을 이용한 X-선 회절 패턴에서 3차원 페로브스카이트 화합물 그레인에 의한 결정 구조만이 존재하는 페로브스카이트 화합물 막을 광흡수층으로 포함한다.
