- 수소가스센서 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 기판 상에 위치하고, 소정의 간격을 두고 대향하는 한쌍의 전극부; 상기 전극부 사이에 위치하며, 상기 전극부에 의해 지지되는 탄소나노와이어; 및 상기 탄소나노와이어 표면에 위치하는 수소감지입자;를 포함하고, 상기 수소감지입자는 상기 탄소나노와이어 표면에 아일랜드 형태로 위치하며, 상기 탄소나노와이어 표면에 국부적으로 위치하고, 상기 수소감지입자의 입경은 1 내지 500 nm인 것인 수소가스센서를 제공할 수 있다.
