- Abstract
- 본 발명은 금속 산화물과 질소가 도핑되어 높은 전기 전도도를 가지고, 활성이 높고, 안정성이 높은 그래핀 전극 소재의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 그래핀 전극 소재의 제조 방법은, 금속과 질소가 도핑된 그래핀을 형성하는 단계; 상기 금속과 질소가 도핑된 그래핀을 폴리머와 혼합하여 방사 용액을 형성하는 단계; 상기 방사 용액을 전기방사 방법을 이용하여 방사하여 그물망 구조체를 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 그물망 구조체를 열처리하여, 금속 산화물과 질소가 도핑된 그래핀 전극 소재를 형성하는 단계;를 포함한다.
