- Abstract
- 본 발명은 싸이오에스터라제를 인코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드 및 메틸말로닐-CoA 카복실트랜스퍼라아제를 인코딩하는 폴리뉴클레오타이드로 형질전환된 재조합 대장균, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 지방산의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 재조합 대장균은 메틸말로닐-CoA 카복실트랜스퍼라아제 유전자의 도입에 의해 증가된 말로닐-CoA의 생성능과 이에 따른 증가된 지방산 생성능을 나타낸다. 특히, 본 발명에 따른 재조합 대장균은 ACC를 과발현하도록 조작된 대장균보다 지방산 생성능이 우수한 바, 함유화학제품의 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
