- Abstract
- 본 발명은, 글래스 버블과 탄소나노튜브를 혼합하여 복합재를 제조함으로써, 열전 장치의 n-타입 소자에 적용 가능하여 구조체로서의 기능 및 열에너지 수확 기능을 수행할 수 있는 이점이 있다. 또한, 글래스 버블에 의해 글래스 버블들 사이의 공간에서 탄소나노튜브가 밀집되어 전기적 네트워크를 보다 잘 형성할 수 있으므로, 열전 성능이 보다 향상될 수 있다.
