- Abstract
- 본 발명은 음향광변조기를 이용하여 미세 홈 또는 구멍을 가공하기 위한 레이저 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 펄스 레이저를 조사하여 대상물에 미세 홈 또는 구멍을 가공하는 레이저 장치에 있어서, 레이저를 발생시키는 광원을 구비하는 광원부;와 광원에서 방출된 레이저가 통과하도록 순차적으로 다수 배치된 다수의 음향광변조기를 구비하는 가공부;를 포함하고, 여기서 가공부는 각각의 음향광변조기를 통과하는 레이저로부터 시간 단위로 펄스 레이저를 추출한 후 조사하여 대상물에 미세 홈 또는 구멍을 가공하도록 된 것이다.
