- Abstract
- 연관 표현형의 유전적 위험도를 결합한 질병의 위험도 예측 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은, 사용자의 유전형 정보를 기반으로 질병에 대한 질병 유전적 위험도와 질병과 연관된 표현형(연관 질병, 생활습관 등)에 대한 표현형 유전적 위험도를 획득하고, 질병 유전적 위험도와 표현형 유전적 위험도를 기반으로 질병에 대한 통합 유전적 위험도를 획득함으로써, 보다 객관적이고 정확한 질병의 예측이 가능하다.
