- 본 발명은 광 흡수 영역이 확대되어 광전변환효율이 향상된 다중접합 태양전지를 위하여, 페로브스카이트 물질을 포함하는 광활성층을 갖고, 제1 파장 영역의 광을 흡수하는, 제1 태양전지모듈; 결정질 실리콘을 포함하는 실리콘 기판층을 갖고, 상기 제1 파장 보다 큰 제2 파장 영역의 광을 흡수하는, 제2 태양전지모듈; 및 상기 제1 태양전지모듈과 상기 제2 태양전지모듈 사이에 개재되고, 상기 제1 태양전지모듈과 접하는 제1 면 및 상기 제2 태양전지모듈과 접하는 제2 면을 가지며, 상기 제2 면은 상기 제1 면보다 구조화된, 평탄화층를 구비하는, 다중접합 태양전지를 제공한다.
