Abstract
We have developed a process for fabrication of all-organic thin film transistors (OTFTs) and integrated circuits with ink-jet printed electrodes on PES substrates. OTFTs have a field-effect mobility of μFET= 0.068 cm2/Vs, a sub-threshold voltage of 1.16 V/decade, a threshold voltage Vth= -15 V and on/off current ratio of >104. It is demonstrated that the proposed inverter shows a full-swing characteristic, large inverting gain of around 3.1 and high noise margin with only two OTFTs.
