Abstract
In this talk, we introduce a new set of equations describing the motion of a free surface of a moving domain of infinite depth without surface tension. This system consists of the Bernoulli equation projected on the free surface and the evolution equation of the boundary. The starting point is the linearized equations derived in Dutykh-Dias (2007). We then extend this linearized equations to nonlinear equations by expanding the DirichletNeumann operator.
