Research Interests
Our main research interest is to develop novel optoelectronic devices, such as photodetectors, light emitting devices, and optical modulators, based on 1D and 2D materials and their hybrid with nanostructures and to understand quantum phenomena underlying the operation of the low-dimensional devices.
