Research Interests
Our mission is to investigate the fundamental thermo-fluid physics and respond to the challenges related to emerging thermo-fluid applications.  Theoretical/computational analysis and experimental approaches will be taken to understand single phase and phase change heat transfer problems and their applications.  Research interests are expanded to emerging energy issues, which include thermal management of battery and electric vehicle (EV) components, solar thermal power generation, solar air-conditioning, and effective utilization of waste heat resources.
