Research Interests
Nanotechnology, by taking advantage of interesting physical phenomena occurring at the nanoscale, offers great potentials in resolving many of today’s challenges such as discovering reliable and sustainable source of clean energy or mitigating biologically challenging problems. Our research group focuses on the synthesis and characterization of low-dimensional nanostructured materials and investigates how these material systems can be integrated into functional devices, e.g. for applications in nanoelectronics, nanophotonics or energy harvesting systems.
