Research Interests
Research Interest of LC2Two-dimensional (2D) materials including graphene, hexagonal boron nitride (h-BN), and transition metal dichlacogenides (TMDs) have been recently receiving interest for both fundamental and technological investigations. My group has been focusing on growth and characterization of various 2D materials and their applications for energy conversion and storage devices. Recently, we are also interested in heterostructures consisting of graphene, TMDs, and h-BN.
Research Interests/Topics- Synthesis and application of 2D nanomaterials including graphene, h-BN, and TMDs.- Novel 3D nanostructures based on 2D nanomaterials- Preparation and characterizaton of various 2D heterostructures
