Research Interests
Our main field of research is photovoltaic cells which are based organic, perovskite and quantum dot (QD) that produce the electricity from sunlight and we are also interested in developing hybrid solar cells which combine the advantages of organic materials and inorganic semiconductors. Beyond the solar cells, we are expanding our research interests into next generation (opto)electronic devices such as light-emitting diodes (LED), field effect transistors, and thermoelectrics.
