dc.description.abstract Recent single-molecule studies employing magnetic tweezers have provided critical insights into how membrane proteins fold and interact with each other. This tutorial session will introduce the fundamental principles and key applications of magnetic tweezers tailored for membrane protein research, and discuss how this approach can be leveraged to elucidate the mechanisms underlying membrane protein folding and interactions. -
