This market trend also influences how organizations recruit. Companies have begun outsourcing manufacturing and production for efficient operations and are now hiring only cost-effective key talents for compensation. Recently, digital technology has been transforming the daily operations, functions, and value creation of organizations, including in the human resources field. Specifically, using artificial intelligence technology in human resource management can yield greater economic benefits and increase management efficiency, becoming an important trend in the advancement of human resource management. Consequently, many companies are leveraging artificial intelligence to save time and costs in the employee selection process, aiming to improve fairness. This study aims to examine the current status and issues of AI-assisted talent acquisition and corporate cases, to understand the effects and challenges of using AI in hiring, and to propose improvement measures for AI-based recruitment. -
