dc.description.abstract Nonlinear optical devices that integrated with spin and orbital angular momentum will open new avenues for increasing the capacity for optical information processing. In this work, we present nonlinear metasurfaces based on combining multiple quantum wells with plasmonic nanoantennas to control SAM of light for efficient nonlinear OAM beam generation. -
