dc.description.abstract We study the fast time control of high-power millimeter-wave by means of plasma. We designed plasma chamber as helical type inductively coupled plasma to generate high density plasma in large volume. We estimate that high-power millimeterwave can be absorbed and reflected to plasma depending on plasma density which may be useful to control millimeter-wave pulse switching externally. -
