dc.description.abstract Considerable research attention has focused on the perovskite solar cells (PSCs) which are considered as next-generation photovoltaic devices. By the virtue of tunable band-gap, high absorption coefficient, defect tolerance characteristics and long exciton diffusion length, solution processed sub-micron thick perovskite absorber layer is suited to high-efficiency solar cells. While processing temperature of perovskite solar cell is now low enough to process on flexible plastic substrate, transparent conducting oxide (TCO) like indium doped tin oxide which is widely used transparent electrode is rigid and limit the flexibility of
perovskite solar cell. Unfortunately. silver nano-wire (AgNW) networks which is the most promising flexible transparent electrode is vulnerable to halogen from perovskite. Here we report the ultra-flexible perovskite solar cell with critical bending radius under 1 mm by utilizing ultrathin Au as transparent electrode.
