dc.description.abstract In conventional imaging systems, fast dynamics occurring at a part of frame could be captured by increasing the entire imaging system’s sampling rate. Here, we propose a dynamically adjustable DMD-SIM platform, which achieves adaptive modulation of spatiotemporally varying structured illumination across different parts of FOV. -
