dc.description.abstract Detection of chemical agents is important because some chemical agents have high toxic effects and can be used as chemical weapons. In this case, the power system plays an important role for stable power distribution of the detection device. In this study, a semiconductor laser-based non-contact chemical agent detection device power system was designed and fabricated. © 2020 IEEE. -
