dc.description.abstract An electrostatic discharge (ESD) model of dust cleaners is proposed as the dust-cleaner metal model (DMM). The machine model (MM) by a dust cleaner is also investigated. A discharging current due to the two ESD models are simulated using the extracted equivalent circuit model. An ESD failure in an automotive headlamp is also analyzed with the DMM. -
