- Abstract
- 이온이 유동(flow)하며, 바닥부를 구비하는 단일 마이크로 채널에 전기장을 인가하면, 이온의 양전하 이온을 선택적으로 음전극 방향으로 펌핑(pumping)하는 분극유닛을 통해 단일로 형성된 마이크로 채널을 분극유닛을 이용하여 이온을 분극 및 집적할 수 있는 농도분극장치 및 이를 이용한 바이오물질 집적방법이 개시된다.
