| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 미세입자 또는 미생물 분류 및 추출장치 및 이를 이용하는 분류 및 추출방법에 관한 것으로, 이웃하는 챔버공간들을 구획하는 격벽들이 형성된 챔버블록의 내부를 차폐하되, 상기 이웃하는 챔버공간들끼리 연통되도록 상기 챔버블록에 슬라이드 판을 점착시키는 단계; 상기 챔버블록에 형성된 입구를 통해 상기 챔버블록의 내부에 서로 다른 크기의 미세입자들 또는 미생물들이 포함된 유체를 공급하는 단계; 상기 챔버블록을 기울이거나 상기 입구에 압력을 가하여 상기 미세입자들 또는 미생물들을 상기 슬라이드 판을 따라 슬라이딩시켜 상기 미세입자들 또는 미생물들을 크기별로 상기 각 챔버공간에 분류시키는 단계; 및 상기 챔버블록의 일면을 흡입수단으로 흡입한 후, 상기 각 챔버공간이 하나씩 개방되도록 상기 슬라이드 판으로부터 분리시켜 크기별로 분류된 상기 미세입자들 또는 미생물들을 추출하는 단계를 포함한다. | - |
