| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 일체형 생체 분자 분석 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 온도의 제어가 가능하면서 유전자 추출, 유전자 증폭, 세포 배양 및 유전자 검출의 동시 수행이 가능한 원심력 기반의 일체형 생체분자 분석장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 일체형 생체분자 분석장치는 유전자 추출, 유전자 증폭 및 유전자 검출을 일체적으로 동반하여 수행하는 것이 가능하다. 그리하여 유전자 검출 시 유전자 추출, 유전자 증폭 또는 유전자 검출을 각각 따로 수행하여야 하는 번거로움을 개선하였다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 일체형 생체분자 분석장치를 이용하게 되면 전자동화 된 간단한 방법으로 짧은 시간으로 유전자 검출이 가능하기 때문에, 식중독과 같은 질병을 유발하는 균의 발생 여부를 식당이나 요식업계 현장에서 곧바로 판별하여 이를 예방할 수 있으며, 신속하고 현장 진단이 필요한 각종 질병의 검출에도 활용 될 수 있다. |
