| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은, 나노섬유시트를 제조하는 단계, 기판의 상면에 고분자층을 형성하는 단계, 고분자층을 프리 큐어링(Pre-curing)하는 단계, 고분자층의 상면에 상기 나노섬유시트를 접착하는 단계 및 고분자층과 나노섬유시트가 서로 고정되도록 메인 큐어링(Main-curing)하는 단계를 포함하는 나노섬유 박막층 제조방법을 제공한다. 따라서 얇은 고분자층을 접착수단(접착층)으로 이용하여 원하는 타겟(Target)기판에 안정적으로 나노섬유시트를 집적시킬 수 있기 때문에, 용액 내에서 불안정해지는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 쉽게 부셔지거나 찢어지는 것을 방지하여 용이하게 디바이스 단계로 적용할 수 있다. | - |
