| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 흑연의 가장자리 기능화에 의한 그래핀 제조 방법으로서, 고분자 인산과 탈수제가 함유된 반응 매질 내에서 유기물과 흑연을 반응시켜 가장자리에 기능화된 유기물을 갖는 기능화된 그래핀을 제조하고, 그 다음 이 기능화된 그래핀을 용매에 분산, 원심 분리 및 환원, 특히 열처리하여 고순도, 대면적의 그래핀 및 필름을 얻을 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 흑연의 손상을 최소화하면서도, 저렴하게 그래핀을 대량으로 제조할 수 있다. | - |
