- Abstract
- 실리콘 기판 상측에 구비되는 제1 탄소 전극; 상기 제1 탄소 전극과 소정 간격 이격되되 상기 제1 탄소 전극의 외주변을 따라 구비되는 제2 탄소 전극; 상기 제2 탄소 전극 상부를 연결하되 상기 제1 탄소 전극 상부에 구비되는 탄소 와이어; 및 상기 제2 탄소 전극 및 상기 탄소 와이어 상부에 구비되는 마이크로 채널을 포함하는 바이오 센서 및 그 바이오 센서 제조 방법이 개시된다. 상기 구성에 의하여 바이오 센서의 구조를 개선하여 크기를 감소시키고 센서의 센싱 감도를 향상시킬 수 있으며, 바이오 센서의 친수성을 높이고, 바이오 센서 외부로 산화/환원된 바이오 물질이 방출되는 것을 방지하여 바이오 물질의 산화/환원이 지속적으로 반복될 수 있다.
