| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 표면 거칠기 측정 장치는 복수 개의 광원과 시료를 촬영하는 촬영장치와, 상기 촬영장치에서 촬영된 영상을 이용하여 상기 시료 표면의 법선 벡터를 구하고 상기 법선 벡터를 이용하여 표면 높이를 분석하는 표면 높이 분석부와, 상기 촬영장치에서 촬영된 영상과 상기 법선 벡터를 이용하여 양방향 반사분포함수(BRDB)를 추정하는 양방향 반사 분포함수 추정부와, 상기 법선 벡터, 상기 표면 높이, 및 상기 양방향 반사 분포함수를 이용하여 기 설정된 광원 방향 및 관찰 방향에서의 중간시점 영상을 제작하는 중간시점 영상 생성부, 및 상기 중간시점 영상의 밝기 값 분포를 이용하여 기 설정된 관찰 방향에서의 표면 거칠기를 측정하는 거칠기 분석부를 포함한다. | - |
