- Abstract
- 본 발명은 고주파 공진형 컨버터의 출력 전압 제어 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 고주파 공진형 컨버터의 출력단으로부터 출력 전압을 센싱하는 단계와, 상기 출력 전압과 기 설정된 지령 값 간의 오차를 연산하는 단계와, 상기 오차가 제1 임계값 이상이면, 상기 고주파 공진형 컨버터의 1차측에 포함된 스위칭 소자를 PFM 방식으로 제어하여 주파수를 조절하는 단계, 및 상기 오차가 상기 제1 임계값 미만이고 제2 임계값 이상이면, 상기 스위칭 소자를 PWM 방식으로 제어하여 듀티를 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 고주파 공진형 컨버터의 출력 전압 제어 방법을 제공한다.
