| dc.description.abstract | 산화 그래핀 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 금속박(foil) 및 기판을 준비하는 단계; 상기 금속박을 열처리하여, 결정립(grain)의 크기를 증가시키고 금속박 내의 산소 함유량을 조절하는 단계; 상기 결정립의 크기가 증가된 금속박을 상기 기판 상에 부착시키는 단계; 상기 금속박 상에 탄소 원료를 공급하는 단계; 상기 공급된 탄소 원료, 상기 금속박 및 상기 기판을 승온하는 단계; 상기 승온된 탄소원료가 열분해되어 발생한 탄소 원자 및 상기 금속박 내 산소 원자가 상기 금속박을 통하여 확산되는 단계; 및 상기 금속박을 통하여 확산된 탄소 원자 및 산소 원자가, 상기 기판 상에 산화 그래핀(GO)을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 형성된 산화 그래핀은 상기 금속박 및 상기 기판 사이의 계면에 위치하는 것인,산화 그래핀의 제조방법을 제공할 수 있다. | - |
