| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 투과전자현미경에서 사용하는 지그에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지그는, 결합홀이 형성되어 있는 상판부와 상판부를 지지하는 다리부가 형성되어 있는 베이스부, 결합홀에 하단부가 삽입되어 상판부에 수직으로 결합되며, 인-시튜 팁(in-situ tip)이 연결된 인-시튜 헷(in-situ hat)이 상단부에 결합되는 지지대를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 인-시튜 팁에 시료를 로딩하여 다양한 인-시튜 실험을 수행할 수 있다. | - |
