| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 데이터베이스 저널링 장치 및 방법은 보다 적은 횟수로 기록 명령을 수행하여 로그 파일을 저장 장치에 저장함으로써, 저장 장치가 입출력하는 데이터의 양을 줄일 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 데이터베이스 저널링 방법은 데이터베이스에 대한 데이터의 연산에 따라 데이터베이스가 변경되었는지 여부를 판단하는 단계, 상기 데이터베이스가 변경된 경우, 데이터베이스에 대한 로그 엔트리들로 구성된 로그 파일을 생성하는 단계 및 상기 생성된 로그 파일을 저장 장치에 저장하여 데이터베이스를 저널링하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 로그 엔트리는, 상기 데이터베이스의 변경에 대한 데이터를 저장하는 로그 레코드를 포함하고, 상기 로그 레코드의 내부에 임베딩된 특정 영역에, 상기 로그 레코드에 대한 메타데이터가 기록될 수 있다. | - |
