| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 자기 박막 상에 형성된 자기소용돌이 핵의 반전을 신속하게 실현할 수 있는 자기 기록 소자용 자기소용돌이 구조의 스위칭 방법을 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 자기 기록 소자용 자기 소용돌이 구조의 스위칭 방법에 있어서, 표면에 형성된 자기 소용돌이를 포함하는 자기 박막에서 상기 자기 박막 표면의 수직 방향으로 교류전원을 인가하여 상기 자기 소용돌이를 반전시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
