| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명의 아날로그 지연 고정 루프를 이용한 ADC 비교기는, 입력 신호의 레벨과 n비트의 아날로그 출력신호의 레벨을 비교하여 하이 또는 로우 레벨의 비교신호를 출력하는 비교기와, 출력되는 상기 비교신호를 입력으로 하여 그 위상차를 검출하는 위상 검출기와, 상기 위상 검출기로부터 제공되는 위상차 검출신호에 대한 전류 소오스의 제어를 통해 출력 전압을 업 또는 다운시킴으로써, 상기 비교기에서의 오프셋을 보정하기 위한 제어신호를 발생하여 상기 비교기로 공급하는 전하 펌프를 포함할 수 있다. | - |
