| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 프로세스 모델 도출 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 프로세스 모델 도출 방법은, 특정 업무에 대한 이벤트 로그를 수집하고, 수집한 이벤트 로그에 기초하여, 특정 업무에 대한 프로세스 모델을 생성한다. 그리고, 사용자 명령에 따라 선택되는 옵션 항목과 임계값에 기초하여, 도출한 프로세스 모델에서 단위 프로세스들 사이의 연결 경로를 재구성하여 최종 프로세스 모델을 생성한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 옵션 항목의 선택적 적용에 따라, 보다 신뢰도가 높으면서 상황에 적합한 분석 결과를 도출하는 프로세스 모델을 도출할 수 있다. | - |
