| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 다양한 시편 크기를 편리하게 장착할 수 있는 나노 재료 시험기를 제공하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 상기의 목적 달성을 위하여 본 발명은, 나노 특성을 나타내는 시편의 재료 시험을 위한 나노 재료 시험기에 있어서, 베이스; 상기 베이스 상단에 부착되는 액추에이터; 상기 액추에이터에 의하여 좌우로 이송하는 로드셀; 상기 로드셀의 일측에 부착되는 클램프; 상기 클램프와 마주하여 위치하며, 상기 베이스에 고정되는 고정부; 상기 클램프와 고정부로 이루어지는 그립부 상단에 위치하여 상기 클램프와 고정부에 각각 일측이 부착되는 시편을 촬영하는 카메라부; 및 상기 액추에이터를 동작시키며, 상기 로드셀의 신호를 처리하는 제어장치;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
